Response time
Be Safe Limited will endeavour to answer all calls and e-mails as soon as is possible in 1 business day. For high priority support response time is 2 hours. The following items will help Be Safe Limited staff speed up the process as much as possible;
Note down any error number shown on screen
Take a screenshot if possible and email it to support email address
Try to remember what you were doing just prior to the error occurring and note this down.
See if you can repeat the problem again.
